
The Corelli Ensemble was formed in 1999 whilst its members were studying at the Royal Academy of Music. The players are among London’s leading young freelance musicians and are engaged in orchestral work, chamber music, West End shows, recording and sessions. They are available from a quartet up to an eight piece
The Corelli Ensemble specialises in providing music for events. Recent engagements include Glastonbury “Classical Spectacular” (for which they were the support act for Nigel Kennedy and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra), the Times Film Festival premiere of Girl with a Pearl Earring the premiere of Die Another Day and The Red Cross Gala Ball. They also play regularly for the British, Science and Natural History Museums as well as the National and Tate Galleries. They have also performed for the B.B.C., Asprey and Garrard, the Institute of Directors and the British Ambassador’s residences in Paris and Brussels.
