October is Magic Month: Welcome to Magic Month!

In the lead up to this year’s Next Big Thing Competition, we’re going to go ahead and declare October to be Magic Month. It’s like... remember Comedy Month? Well it’s like that but with Magic. Throughout October, we’re going to be putting the focus squarely on the men and women who make it their business to shock and amaze. From stupefying sleight of hand to mind blowing mentalism, we’re going to be celebrating what makes magic great with a special focus on what makes magicians such a big hit at corporate events and weddings.
Much like last year’s Comedy Month, we’ll be putting up blogs, holding competitions, interviewing magicians, making videos, offering discounts and generally sharing our thoughts on Magic at events. If that wasn’t enough, to cap it all off we’ll be hosting a showcase featuring some of the best card shufflers, mind readers, spoon benders and watch pinchers in the business.
