This is an exciting event to tell you all about, for The Lips are back! Yes, after wowing the crowds at the Banqueting House showcase last year, they have returned to set the London events scene alight, beginning with a superb performance at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in honour of top new company, Creventive.
Creventive are a great new company on the events scene delivering – as the name suggests – creative and inventive events. Led by Jason and Guy Collins-Down, they have over twenty years of events experience between them and are now embarking on their own venture, complete with an office dog, the rather adorable Rufus.
As for The Lips, well what really needs to be said? A stunning all-girl live music act comprised of three singers and a beatboxer. The girls combine dextrous vocal talent with sass, style and an unrivalled dynamic range, moving from spacious and ethereal to intense walls of sound at the drop of a hat.
Oh you want more information on The Lips? No problem! Their show can be tailored to whatever the client requires, able to perform a selection of current pop hits for up to 20 minutes as an after dinner cabaret act or maybe providing awards show stings, where a different song is sang for every award. Also included with this option, The Lips can then perform a set after dinner or after the awards themselves! Because The Lips only use wireless mics, they can also surprise crowds with an unannounced flashmob performance.
The Lips really are a group who can be moulded to your event with ease and are ready to be booked now for your private or corporate event. Roll on tonight’s brilliant party and why not get in touch!
