Summer BBQ Entertainment at No.4 Hamilton Place

Despite the fact that it’s almost May, the event industry has only recently plucked up the courage to step out onto the roof terrace, slip off the knitwear and throw an honest-to-goodness Summer Garden Party without fear of being swept off by some bitter arctic breeze.  This week, it was caterers Dish who took full advantage of the sunshine for an outdoor event at No.4 Hamilton Place.

 Swedish Head Chef Magnus Karlsson designed a BBQ menu that featured pepper crusted fillet of beef with smoked garlic aioli, and crayfish tails with dill and fennel butter and canapés including quails’ egg, toasted brioche with salmon caviar, and venison with beetroot and horseradish cream.

 To help guests welcome in the warmer months strolling Saxophonist Tamar performed in and around partygoers on the terrace as they enjoyed a selection of summer themed drinks. Inside, our seasoned Graphologist, Adam was on hand (literally) to examine guests’ handwriting and see what these scribbles reveal about their personalities. Adam quickly developed a crowd eager to find out whose signature most suggested, say, a secret alter ego or hidden past as a renegade bounty hunter.
