Shakespeare's Globe Trotters: Wandering Hands to Perform at Next Week's Brand Event Awards

November 26, 2011

We've let you in on what Le Gateau Chocolat will be up to following Strictly SW7 but what about our other fantastic exclusive act 'Wandering Hands'? Will they too be donning lycra leotards and prancing about on stage in the Circus Spectacular that is La Soiree? Well much as we'd like to see Tom, Dan and Charlie slip into something a little less comfortable - sadly the chaps have another pressing engagement. Wandering Hands will be playing at the Brand Event Awards which is taking place in the Underglobe at Shake'speare's Globe in association with the industry's leading publications, Event Magazine and Marketing Magazine.

With the intention of rewarding the brands and agencies who have show the most ingenuity and innovation in their marketing strategies over the last 18 Months, the Brand Event Awards will be bursting with a veritable who's who of Experiential Marketing and Event Industry luminaries.

So with that in mind, who better to entertain them than one of the most dynamic and exciting young acts on the corporate events scene? 'No one' is who. Wandering Hands will be taking advantage of the historical venue performing a mix of covers whilst darting between groups of awards hopefuls and guests. Perhaps they'll even throw in a few Shakespeare themed tunes like "(Ham) Let's Stay Together", Lionel Ritchie's "(Oth) Hello?", "Twelfth Night Fever" and "(Much Ado About) Nothing Compares To You" - maybe they could do an entire set of songs by the Temp (es)t-ations? (If you have more of those - meet me in the comment section)

If that wasn't exciting enough, we'll also find out how Adam "Entertainment" Sternberg  (last year's Mr 49) got on in 2011's Event 100 list.

Keep your eyes peeled for more pictures (and maybe some video) of the band performing at the awards and in the meantime, if you'd like to book wandering hands for corporate events - get in touch in the contact section.

(Once more - King Lear-dee in Red... Thanks Tom)
