As rain finally begins to fall after a long run of uninterrupted warmth, we thought we'd take a look back at a summer event from three years ago when Wimbledon fever had gripped the nation! Looking to celebrate the summer garden party feel, the QEII Centre booked some jugglers in the form of The Racketeers as well as everybody's favourite strolling act, Wandering Hands. Enjoy!
As Londoners headed home from work, a select lucky few had been invited for an exclusive summer party at the QEII Exhibition Centre, where they would be entertained by a couple of our brilliant acts!
The evening began outside the venue, a stone's throw from Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Wandering Hands made sure to entertain the crowd with songs ranging from Teenage Dirtbag to Gangnam Style by Psy (dance moves optional).
As the food was consumed and the drink copiously flowed, guests were moved inside to marvel at the wonderful setting, where the QEII had been transformed into a summer wilderness complete with tennis court!
Next stop Wimbledon? Well, perhaps these two should stick to the circus skills but it was a jolly enjoyable event for all involved!
