The end of summer – though you wouldn’t know it from the weather – brings back all the corporate events we know and love. With the kids back at school, it’s time for the adults to have their fun and this has never been more true than at Hampton Court Palace this week, where we provided a whole host of entertainment for a corporate party.
With the venue being run by the wonderful Historical Royal Palaces, the clue is to be found in the name when it comes to what we provided. Yes, a whole host of fabulous historically themed costumed characters. As you walked around the venue, who knew where you might find them? A few people were certainly from the era of Henry VIII, whilst others exuded a British theme with Policemen in the offing, guarding ‘10 Downing Street’.
Despite the sheer number of costumed characters who had been booked for this event, they were not the only fun entertainment acts to be found at the Palace. Juggling Jesters were in full swing with their amazing circus act, whilst Bolli Darling Stilts stunned guests with both their balancing ability and sumptuous swan costumes.
Is that all? Of course not! This is a Sternberg Clarke event, remember! Four stunning dancers performed beneath a ‘Speakeasy’ sign and there was a fantastic photobooth to capture the guests in all their glory.
To provide the icing on the cake of this superb corporate event, the tremendous ToneAcity performed a medley at one point in the evening before drawing the frivolity to a close with another song late in the evening.
All in all, this was a great event to be a part of and we cannot wait to return to Hampton Court Palace for more fun later in the year!
