This act consists of three fantastic vocalists, who, after convincing guests that they are simply part of the waiting staff (typically comprised of a French Head Chef, an Italian Head Waiter and a third wine waiter or guest), will suddenly burst into song towards the end of the main course.
All details can be tailor-made to each event but the usual fully scripted scenario is as follows:
It is the chef’s last night at the venue so the head waiter introduces him to the guests to say a few words. The emotional chef confesses his desire to audition on The X Factor and follows this with him singing his favourite song (out of tune). The Head Waiter is mortified and sends the chef back into the kitchen to 'stuff the tarts'. To make it up to the guests, the waiter then treats the audience to a fine vocal display of a famous aria. The 3 characters then vie for the spotlight culminating in an emotional rendition of 'Nessun Dorma'. Following a confession that they are not who they say they are, the perform one last song designed to have everyone singing and dancing along and waving their napkins along. Truly unforgettable for everyone and will keep them talking about the event for years to come.
The concept is unusual for a wedding or for corporate entertainment and a brilliant surprise for your unsuspecting audience.
