Ellie Taylor is an actress, writer, presenter and stand-up comedian.
Since making her debut on the stand-up circuit in 2010 without any prior experience she went onto reach the semifinals of the prestigious Amused Moose comedy awards in 2011 and the semifinals of ITV's Show Me The Funny, as well as being named Company magazine's Lady Haha.
Her television credits include 8 Out of 10 Cats, Greatest Tweets 2011, Greatest BodyShockers, Big Brother's Bit on the Side, and Show Me the Funny and she is currently one of the team leaders on the comedy panel show Fake Reaction and the host of BBC3’s Snog Marry Avoid. In 2013, she appeared in an episode of Christopher Guest's HBO mockumentary series Family Tree.
Drawing on her Essex girl roots, Ellie makes astute and hilarious observations delivered with infectious charm, natural wit and enthusiasm on topics from vajazzling to being the face of Matalan, and moving back in with parents.
