Bolly Flex are a 25 strong UK-based leading Bollywood dance company internationally renowned for their breath-taking and energetic performances which combine various genres of dance, from Eastern Bollywood, Bollywood Street, Break-dance, Traditional Indian and Latin and Contemporary.

Founded in 2003, by dance specialist Naz Choudhury, Bolly Flex have performed, produced and featured in the some of the largest Bollywood events nationally and internationally.  Bolly Flex reached the semi finals of Sky 1’s Got To Dance in 2011 where they received standing ovations, gold stars and raving reviews. They then went on from here to make history by being the first Bollywood dance company to perform at the O2 and Royal Opera House.
